However, it is the delivery that makes all the difference. The plot of The Silent Age is quite standard. In the race to rescue the future, you are given a technology that allows you to seamlessly shift between decades. As you go about your regular activities, you come across a man who claims to be a time traveler and that you must assist him in preventing the end of the world. You are an everyday Joe (your character’s name is Joe) who works as a janitor. The sharp contrast of each might be surprising yet effective as you piece together what might happen in the future. The game’s concept is time travel, and you can visit sites in the 1970s and the future (probably somewhere in the 2010s). Yes, the game looks fantastic, but that is only the surface. Getting to visit a glimpse of the time period was refreshing, and it was the last place we expected to be, but we’re delighted we could go for a little.

The colors, Ohh dear god!! The game just screams! The 1970s were not our favorite decade, and we weren’t even alive at the time, but the color pallet is stunning.
